Fill in as much information as you can
Once you have received your tax pack, there are a few forms to complete. It’s important that you fill in as much information as possible, to speed up the process. However, if you’re not sure on something, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Sign away
After you’ve completed the necessary forms, don’t forget to sign and date where required. Signing the forms means we can process your tax claim, getting the money into the bank as soon as possible. Once it’s in the bank, it’s yours to spend!
Remember your paperwork
Sending us paperwork needn’t be complicated. Simply photocopy any required paperwork and send us the copies. You’ll need to include the basics, such as a copy of your passport or driving licence, and a recent bill as your proof of address. Any additional documents will depend on your circumstances, but will usually include expense receipts, CIS statements and mileage records. Remember, no original documents!
Don’t forget your expenses

When claiming back your expenses, don’t forget to include copies of your receipts. The best way of making this as simple as possible is to keep track of your receipts. For transactions completed online, storing receipts is a simple matter of hitting download. For offline transactions, it’s a good idea to invest in a cheap scanner to save paper copies electronically. You’ll then find it much simpler when trying to claim back your expenses.
